Our Story

Abby and I met at LifeTime Fitness Sandy Springs. It was the first training job I got upon moving to Atlanta. Within a year, we were both training group exercise, small groups, personal training, and athletic training at premier facilities around the city. We took management positions at LifeTime and moved to Mount Laurel, New Jersey to start multiple group training programs there. Soon we took another opportunity to open Burn Boot Camp Mt Laurel as the head trainers. After two years, it was time for us to start a studio of our own, and WillPower was born!

Abby and I have helped countless people achieve their athletic potential. We have dedicated our lives to fitness and helping people find growth in struggle. We combine education, motivation, and the WillPower training program to create a unique workout experience. WillPower will give you the physical and mental strength you need for the world outside of the gym.

Will Mac

I played baseball, basketball, and football in high school. I got drafted by the Houston Astros in the 2002 MLB Draft. I won a dunk competition and threw a 93 mph fastball in the same year. My favorite training shoes are Nike Metcon Free’s. They’re awesome for plyometrics. A bucket list item of mine is fishing the Amazon River! I love seeing people get stronger. Working out reflects life; it’s hard, but if you have some desire and resiliency, you get stronger and become better than the person you were.

Abby Mac

I had an accomplished swimming career. I began my fitness life doing Tae Bo in the living room with my mom and then taking boxing classes as I got older. I once did 6 pull-ups, 9 months pregnant!! My favorite shoe to work out in is the Nike Free Trainer 8. I want desperately to have annual passes to Disney World one day!!! I have found joy and empowerment in fitness and I love passing that experience on to others.

Kylie Strong

I was a strength and conditioning All-American in my collegiate soccer career at Drexel. I have juggled a soccer ball on my toes 500 times! My favorite training shoe is any Nike sneaker. A bucket list buy for me is the Mercedes G Wagon. I train to inspire people to maintain a healthy lifestyle and I love seeing people crush a workout they weren’t sure they could do!

Elena Wise

I’ve always maintained an active lifestyle, including working out. But I never considered myself an athlete until I started my training journey. I once walked 40 miles for a fundraiser and my toenails turned black 🤮! My favorite training shoes are Lululemon Chargefeels. Bucket list item: I’d love to charter a yacht like I’m on a Below Decks episode! The best part of training is watching people do things they’ve told themselves they never could.

Alli Troyanoski

I played volleyball and basketball through high school and used to be able to make half court shots consistently! Now I play intramural kickball, pickleball, and take different workout classes in the city. My favorite training shoes are the Under Armour Hover Phantom. Two bucket list items of mine are learning to snowboard and surf! I train to help people feel better after their workouts and to be part of a strong community. I love when people feed off of each other’s energy and seeing people get better everyday.
